An Email Receive Monitor launches an Event
based on data captured from an email.

Select File | New | Email Receive Monitor from the main menu bar. The
New Email Receive Monitor window appears.
Note: If you select the Package in which the monitor should reside before
creating it, some parameters are automatically populated in the New Email
Receive Monitor window.

Provide the Source folder, Package, and Name.

Click Finish. An editor appears.
