Simple example of a Zoho CRM integration
This diagram demonstrates how Clarify can manage communication between your cloud-based Zoho CRM application and an integrated internal system using Cleo’s Cloud Application Connector.
Based on new lead information from your backend database, we need to create an lead entry in our Zoho application; we’ll use Clarify objects to form the request and call the Create Leads API.
The Zoho response to this call will be used in our transformation, which sends an updated status back to our internal database.
