Simple example of a Shopify integration
This diagram depicts how Clarify can manage communication between your cloud-based Shopify application and an integrated internal system, like a back-end database using Cleo’s Application Connector.
Using the GetOrders API, we initiate a call to Shopify to retrieve any new orders; these will be populated into our own backend database for subsequent processing.
The Shopify response to this call will be stored in a corresponding API Business Process, which can then execute a Ruleset in Clarify to complete the transformation for other processes - in this case, updating both Shopify as well as back end database.
