Creating Database Monitors

This topic describes the initial steps to create Database Monitors in the Clarify Studio.

1. Select File | New | Database Monitor from the main menu bar. The New Database Monitor window appears.
2. Select the interaction type. This is the type of database activity to be monitored for. Options are: Insert, Delete, or Update.
3. Provide the Source folder, Package, and Name.
4. Click Finish. An editor, specific to the selected interaction, now appears.
   You can also use the Wizard to create this object. Click New to select the object.
