Simple example of a BigCommerce integration

This diagram demonstrates how Clarify can manage communication between your cloud-based BigCommerce application and an integrated internal system using Cleo’s Application Connector.

Using the GetOrders API, we initiate a call to BigCommerce to retrieve any new orders; these will be populated into our own backend database for subsequent processing.

The BigCommerce response to this call will be stored in a corresponding API Business Process, which can then execute a Ruleset in Clarify to complete the transformation for other processes - in this case, updating both BigCommerce as well as back end database.
